Bulgur काजू करी (cachew curry)


For 2 people – Very easy ~ €

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 125 g bulgur
  • 150 ml of water
  • 30 g cashew nuts
  • 30 g raisins
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 tsp of curry mild

Cut the onion. Put the onion in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add cashew nuts, raisins, curry, a little bit of salt and pepper in the saucepan.

Following the addition of the cashew and raisins, pour as much water as the volume of bulgur in the saucepan. Mix it all and leave it to cook for 5 minutes covered.

Remove from heat and mix the mixture in the saucepan. Leave to stand for 2 minutes so that the water is well absorbed and serve.

To decorate your plate, curry and cayenne will be your best spices in terms of taste and presentation.
