For 2 people – easy ~ €
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: about 30 minutes
- ½ head of cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 ½ Tbsp salted soy sauce (Bio Shoyu)
- 2 tsp brown sugar (or rapadura)
- 1 Tbsp of cider vinegar
- 5 Tbsp of water
- 2 tsp of maizena
- ½ tsp bent ginger powder
Accompaniment: rice, green beans.
Separate the cauliflower florets with your fingers. Put in a dish on a single level, put a bit of oil and bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes or until the cabbage starts to be colored. Turn them around after about 15 minutes.
Mix the maizena with a tablespoon, mix it, boil it and add it to the pan.
Cut the onion in small dices. Fry the onion until translucent. Cut the ginger and garlic into small pieces and continue to fry for a few minutes with the onion. Stop the heat and add the soy sauces, the rice vinegar and the water.
When the cauliflowers are cooked, add it to the onion mixture and heat it for a few minutes. Add the sesame oil and serve.
