Resting time: about 10 minutes
- 3.5 dl of sushi rice (in bulk: short-grain rice)
- 4 nori sheets
- Garnish with Vegetables of your choice
- Sweet soy sauce
Cook the rice following the instructions on the package.
If you are using short-grain rice, cook it as follows:
rinse the rice. In a cooking pot, pour 3.5 dl of water and 3.5 dl of rice. (as much water as rice). Cover the pot. When boiling, turn down low heat and let it cook for ten minutes. All water must be absorbed.
Cut the vegetables, here we used avocado, carrot, salad, red pepper, mushroom and red onion.
When the rice is cooked, allow to cool for about 10 minutes. Spread the rice on the nori leaf up to three quarters, to keep a margin to close the burrito with water.
Cut in half and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
