Noodles with Cashew Nuts


For 2 people – easy ~ €

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 10-12 minutes


  • About 100 g of soft wheat noodles (150 g of whole wheat pasta)
  • 75 g green beans
  • 1 big carrot or 2 small
  • ½ tsp of fresh ginger
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 1 small onion
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • A few drops of sesame oil

Slice the onion and fry in the oil until it is translucent. Precook the carrots in salted water for 2 minutes (or less to make them crunchy).

Fry the cashew nuts in a frying pan until they get a little color. Chop the ginger very finely. Add ginger, carrots, green beans to the onion and continue cooking for a couple of minutes until the beans are cooked.

Cook the noodles and add to the mixture. Add the cashew nuts, the sweet soy sauce and the sesame oil.
