For 2 people – very easy ~ €
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes + 20 minutes
Cooling time: 10 min
- 1 dl of short-grain rice
- 1 1/2 dl of water
- 3 dl of soy milk
- 1 tbsp of non-refined sugar (or agave or maple syrup)
- A pinch of salt
Serve with cinnamon, cardamom, raisins, an orange zest, vanilla, …
Cook the rice in the water over low heat under the lid for 10 minutes. Add the soy milk and continue the low heat cooking for another 20 minutes.
Season with sugar and salt. Let it cool for about 10 minutes. Serve with a little cinnamon or cardamom, or mix the rice with a little vanilla and garnish with orange zest or mint leaf.
