Vegan parmesan

  • 25 g cashew nuts
  • 10 g of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • Salt

To make Vegetable Parmesan, grill the sesame seeds for 5 minutes over medium heat in a frying pan. Put the cashew nuts, grilled sesame seeds, cumin and salt into a coffee grinder or chopper. Grind the mixture until it becomes a powder.

The recipe replaces parmesan in its traditional usage and much more! You can also use it on a variety of salads!
