- 300 g wheat flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 Tbsp of oil (we used olive oil)
- 120 ml of water
We used hummus, salad, diced tomatoes, grated raw carrots, grated raw beetroots, fried onions and red and yellow peppers.
You can also put raw or cooked mushrooms, guacamole, cucumber, …
Stir the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the oil and water and mix. Continue to mix with the hands until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Split into 4 balls. Let stand for a few minutes and meanwhile start preparing the filling.
Spread the dough round VERY finely! Heat a frying pan without oiling. When hot, cook for about 1 minute or until brown. Turn the wrap over and cook for about 30 seconds to one more minute.
